Our tight-knit team includes full-time staff, qualified engineers, apprentices and project managers.
Jason Yearbury
Director & Project Manager
With three decades of trade qualified industry experience, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. His 10-year stint in the USA as a Welder Engineer for Caterpillar has honed his skills, making him a formidable force in drafting management, contract management, and project management. Prior to Structel, Jason was a Director of Macweld Ltd for 14 years.
Christian Nicklin
Senior Project Manager
Christian holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (BE Hons) and has 10 years of valuable industry experience. His experience in drafting, contract, and project management makes him a pivotal part of the Structel team, ensuring every project is executed with precision.
Wendy Lockhart
Office Manager
Wendy's 20 years of experience in customer service, office management, and accounts are invaluable to our operations. As our Health and Safety Officer and SCNZ Co-Ordinator, Wendy ensures our workplace remains safe and compliant, while also managing our office administration with efficiency and care.
Jesse Pask
Site Foreman
Jesse has two decades of industry experience. A qualified Dogman and Crane Operator, he also holds current EWP and Forklift licences, alongside welding tickets in ARC – all positions. Jesse's comprehensive skill set ensures that our site operations run smoothly and safely.
George Atirai
Workshop Supervisor
George is a Trade Qualified professional in Heavy Fabrication, bringing 15 years of industry experience to the workshop. He holds welding tickets in MIG – all positions and a current Forklift Licence. George’s expertise ensures that our workshop maintains the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Clifford Mann
Site Foreman
Clifford’s 10 years of industry experience, coupled with his trade qualification in heavy fabrication, make him an asset to our team. A qualified Dogman, he holds current EWP and forklift licences, as well as welding tickets in MIG and ARC – all positions, ensuring our projects are executed with precision and safety.
Jackson Milich
Site Foreman
Jackson is trade qualified in heavy fabrication, and has spent 10 years to the industry. He holds welding tickets in MIG and ARC – all positions, is a qualified Dogman, and holds a current EWP. Jackson’s expertise and commitment ensure our site operations are conducted to the highest standards.
Piep Pao
Draughtsman
Piep brings 15 years of industry experience and a trade qualification in Heavy Fabrication to our team. A qualified Tekla Detailer, he holds welding tickets in MIG and ARC – all positions, and current EWP and Forklift licences. Piep’s detailed craftsmanship and technical expertise are crucial to our project success.
